100% natural product, obtained by completely artisanal means through the aromatization of Andalusian aniseed grains in very slow distillation of surfin-quality molasses alcohol and water from the Subbetic. Elaborated in centenary copper alembics with firewood furnaces.

The alcoholate obtained in the first and second distillation is distilled again to obtain a superior aromatization. Then, it gets graduated to 55º% Vol. After that, it gets filtered up to three times and is ready to be bottled up.

Commercialized in 70 cl. Italian crystal decanter with individual case.
