100% natural product obtained, in a totally artisanal way, by aromatizing Andalusian Matalahúga anise grains in very slow distillation of alcohol from surfin quality molasses and Subbética water. Made in century-old copper stills with wood-fired ovens.
The alcoholate obtained by distillation is graduated to 45% Vol. And filled, to achieve a pleasant taste experience. Then, it is filtered up to three times and is ready to bottle.
It is a colorless liquor, which shows its 45 degrees and persistent content of the essential oil of the Matalahúga (*) with a characteristic semi-sweet or “bound” flavor.
Available in formats of 100 and thumbnails of various sizes.
It has magnificent properties that stimulate the appetite, it is digestive and diuretic. Consume in a large glass at cellar temperature and enjoy the exclusive and pleasant aftertaste with “cauldron flavor”. Due to its high richness of essential oils and alcoholic strength, it is perfect for making “dove” in a long glass, mixing one part in four of very cold water. Add natural lemon, ice and sugar to taste.
(*) At negative cold temperatures, the essential oil contained in the matalahúga precipitates and crystallizes.
