DISTILLED SWEET MACHAQUITO ANISE 35º% VOL

100% natural product, obtained by completely artisanal means through the aromatization of Andalusian aniseed grains in very slow distillation of surfin-quality molasses alcohol and water from the Subbetic. Elaborated in centenary copper alembics with firewood furnaces.

The obtained alcoholate is graduated to 35º% Vol. and high-quality sugar syrup is added, then it rests until the alcoholic lift is reached. Then, it gets filtered up to 3 times and is ready to be bottled up. It’s a colorless liqueur, crystalline, genuine, with balanced sweet and a pleasant aniseed taste.

Commercialized in 100 cl. curly bottles 50 cl. curly bottle and several tiny sizes.

It is recommended to only drink it at cellar temperature or with ice and water. It pairs desserts, coffee and ice creams. Wide use in baking and cooking for preparation of sauces and sweets.

(*) At temperatures below zero the essential oil within the aniseed precipitates and gets crystalized.
