100% natural product obtained from the maceration of cherries in distilled aniseed liqueur. We select, one by one, ambrunee D.O. cherries, variety of cherries that is produced in the Jerte Valley, it’s the one that lasts most time in the bush before being recollected. It has more taste and a harder skin; therefore, it needs up to 12 months in order to reach an optimal maceration. In exchange, it guarantees a liqueur with no expiration since its hard skin stands the pass of the time in the bottle. Then, it gets filtered and is ready to be bottled.

During the permanent maceration that’s produced in the bottle, the liqueur gives the fruit alcohol grades -3 or 4- and the fruit gives the liqueur taste and color.

Commercialized in 100 cl. flask bottle with 80 cl. of liqueur and 170 grs. Of fruit. Also available in tiny versions.

Chewing a pitted fruit in a good sip of liqueur until both reach a total mix and swallowing it is a true pleasure. For a perfect experience, consume it at cellar temperature. Its delicate flavor is confused with cold excess.
