100% natural product, obtained by completely artisanal means through the aromatization of Andalusian aniseed grains in very slow distillation of surfin-quality molasses alcohol and water from the Subbetic. Elaborated in centenary copper alembics with firewood furnaces.

The alcoholate obtained in the first distillations is distilled again with a new aniseed for obtaining greater aromatization. Then, it gets graduated to 55º% Vol. After that, it gets filtered up to 3 times and is ready to be bottled up.

It’s a colorless liqueur that shows its 55 grades and high aniseed essential oil (*) content with lingering flavor.

Available in 100, 70 and 50 cl. format, as well as several little variants.

It has magnificent properties that stimulate appetite, it’s digestive and diuretic. Consume it in a big glass at cellar temperature and enjoy the exclusive and pleasant aftertaste of “cauldron taste”. Tanks to its high essential oils’ richness and alcoholic grade, it’s perfect to make a “paloma” in long glass, mixing one part into four of very cold water. Add natural lemon, ice and sugar to taste.

(*) At temperatures below zero the essential oil within the aniseed precipitates and gets crystalized.
