Anisette is a liquor made from matalahúga or matalahúva; it is a small seed coming from a medium- size tree that used to be wild. Due to the demand, the seeds are now cultivated as a special product in agriculture.
Product elaborated through a “cold” production process with essentials oils from natural matalahúga seeds (obtained by the distillation in our laboratory), water, distillate alcohol and sugar. We recommend drinking it straight or on the rock, in a short or a large glass. It is ideal as a digestive, with desserts, coffee, marrying with sweet cakes or with ice creams.
